Volunteer with Hunger Task Force!

Hunger Task Force relies on the help of more than 16,000 generous volunteers every year. From food sorting and building healthy food boxes for seniors to helping individuals shop the Mobile Market and harvesting at The Farm, we need your help. Volunteer

Criteria & Eligibility

To ensure the safety of our team and the efficiency of our programs, we ask all volunteers to review our core policies before applying.

Minimum Age

Volunteers must be 16 to apply. Children under 16 may only attend with an actively volunteering adult guardian.

Service Hours

Apply 2-3 months in advance. We cannot guarantee frequent shifts to meet urgent hour requirements.

Youth & Schools

Limited to once per year due to high interest. Reach out for alternatives like food drives or tours.

Mandated Service

Individuals or groups requiring service for work, court orders, or benefit requirements are ineligible.
